Last night I went out for seafood with my son and daughter and ate oyster nachos, crab-stuffed mushrooms, crawfish cakes, and salad with blue cheese dressing.
Needless to say, this morning I had a tummy ache. To take care of the tummy and keep from making things worse so that I could fly to Michigan today and get ready to give a presentation tomorrow, I decided to eat only bland starches all day.
Breakfast: Dry toast with two Zegerids.
Lunch: One plain bagel, plain. With water.
Snack: Another plain plain bagel.
Dinner: Non-spicy Pad Thai noodles without meat from Noodles & Company.
Dessert: Rice Krispie treat that I’m scared to eat because the Pad Thai is kind of giving me deli-belly.
I think my nightcap will be another Zegerid. Bleh.
